Karnataka State Police Recruitment Wing (KSP Recruitment Department)
The KSP Recruitment Department is among the various law-enforcement bodies for the state of Karnataka, India. It is a part of the Karnataka Police Department. The Karnataka State Police Department is also transit by the Director-General of Police. It is sometimes abbreviated as the KSP.
The Karnataka Police were initially called by different names by the residents of the state. Some of these names were Talwar, Thoti, Umbalidhar, Kattu Bidi etc. Then the state of Mysore was renamed as Karnataka State on 1st November, 1965. The post of the first inspector General of police for this state was given to Sri. L.Rickets., and the first Police Act was endorsed in 1853.

KSP Constable and SI Recruitment News
The Karnataka State Police (KSP) has already released the latest information regarding recruitment of both male and female General Duty constables for the posts of Inspector, Sub-inspector and Constable in the Karnataka Police. Interested candidates (both freshers and experienced ones) must have applied for such posts. Karnataka State Police Recruitment Board had set the end of application date.
The application for the process was allowed both via online mode at the official recruitment site of Karnataka Police- https://recruitment.ksp.gov.in/ or via offline mode.
For applying, candidates needed to apply through the website http://rec20.ksp-online.in/ which is the official website of KSP. Then the aspirants were needed to search for the notifications for the KSP recruitment for which you particularly want to apply. After doing that, clicking on either the ‘Registration’ button or the ‘Apply Now’ button and would take you to the relevant section of the application form. In that form you would need to fill out with the application number and date of birth.
Candidates who wish to apply must first register themselves online at the official KSP website http://rec21.ksp-online.in/. They should register between 31st August 2021 and 29th September, 2021. Age Criteria and Fees for KSP Police Recruitment 2021-2022
Candidates who wish to apply for KSP PC as well as PSI jobs 2021 via KSP recruitment 2021 must be at least 19 years old (and 21 years for KSP PSI) while shouldn’t be more than 25 years of age (and 28 years for KSP PSI), with upper age limit relaxation up to 2 years for certain categories such as OBC-2A/2B/3A/3B and SC/ST as is mentioned in the KSP 2021 Notification norms.
Candidates who are applying for Karnataka Police Jobs 2021 must pay a certain prescribed amount of Rs.500 (for GM and OBC-2A/2B/3A/3B), Rs. 250 for SC/ST/CAT-I. for PSI specifically. For PC jobs, candidates must pay Rs.400 (for GM and OBC-2A/2B/3A/3B) and Rs.200 for SC/ST and CAT-I. This is to be paid in the form of application fee through the ‘Challan’ mode at listed HDFC branches/post offices as mentioned in the KSP Notification 2021 norms.
Selection Terms and Pay Scale for KSP Police Recruitment 2021
The selection of appropriate candidates for Karnataka Police Jobs will be carried out through a written examination, a Physical Efficiency Test or Endurance Test (PET/ET) or a Physical Standard Test (PST) followed by Interview as mentioned in the 2021 norms issued by KSP.
